Tracy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University. She has been heavily involved in companies’ business life cycle and spent over 20 years in corporate Human Resources management in multiple industries coaching and mentoring employees, advising and developing current and future executives and management, and focusing on all stages of successful company growth and development.
She is a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation, Speaker, Consultant, Mentor, and Founder of Light Bulb Effects Coaching, LLC.
As a Human Resource Executive, Tracy excelled as a dynamic, forward-thinking, and hands-on Human Resources professional that focused on human capital advancement, leadership and organizational development, succession planning, coaching, and counseling, and business process improvements.
Skilled at driving strategy and delivering solutions for rapidly growing companies experiencing accelerated revenue growth, she possessed a successful track record of building HR departments from the ground up, growing companies on average by 400%, and creating high-performance teams through effective recruitment strategies, leadership enhancement, performance and change management.
Tracy’s HR expertise has positively impacted companies bottom lines and greatly increased human capital. She led global operation plans that included designing strategic processes and systems with emphasis on talent management, employee retention, creating a High-Performance Organization, Expat procedures and integration, USCIS processing, and compliance.
In 2015 Tracy started her own successful business Light Bulb Effects Coaching LLC, a nationally recognized Leadership Coaching company that offer a solutions-focused approach to help individual clients intensify their personal & professional development, and corporate clients achieve optimum organizational performance.
