Tracy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University and spent nearly 20 years in corporate Human Resources management in multiple industries. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) through iPEC, and Motivational Speaker.
As a Human Resource Executive, Tracy excelled as a dynamic, forward-thinking and hands-on Human Resources professional that focused on human capital, coaching and counseling, organizational development, and operations.
Skilled at driving strategy and delivering solutions for rapidly growing companies experiencing accelerated revenue growth, Tracy possessed a track record of building high-performance teams through talent, performance and change management. Her expertise in employee relations, coaching, cultural development, succession planning, business process improvements, and leadership development, positively impacted the bottom line and greatly increased the human capital. She also led global operation plans that included designing strategic processes and systems with emphasis on talent management, High-Performance Organization (HPO), Expat procedures and integration, USCIS processing, and compliance.
