ENERGY LEADERSHIP INDEX ASSESSMENT (ELI)
Developed by iPEC founder Bruce D. Schneider, the E.L.I. is an extremely valuable attitudinal assessment based on an energy/action model that measures your attitude, or perception and perspective – how you are “showing up” in your life, and how you are reacting to stress. It is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. This assessment differs from personality assessments as it is not intended to label a person and have them work well within that label. Instead, it measures your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception and perspective of your world. Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered. The assessment and debrief, combined with coaching will enable you to increase your ability to inspire and motivate yourself and those around you (co-workers, friends, family), and feel a greater sense of purpose, and get more done with less effort and stress.
A combination of classroom instruction, unique tools, techniques, and handouts provide a high energy interactive learning experience for both large and small groups – Interaction, one-to-one feedback, reflections and discussion. These Workshops can be modified to last from 2 hours to two days depending on client needs.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS (4 Packages)
These telephone, zoom, or in-person sessions are a more personalized experience to identify the specific needs and awareness around “blocks” that are getting in the way of goal achievement, and/or those who may need more accountability and guidance to clarify and meet their goals. These sessions also focus on increased personal learning, self-awareness, and development.
LUNCH AND LEARNS
Light Bulb Effects Coaching Lunch & Learn Programs create an open channel for information flow and training, boost employee morale, reinforce company culture, enhance team communication, and allow a level of expertise to be shared.
These customized 60-minute training sessions are targeted towards professional and personal development, skill set training, building and maintaining team work proficiency, and advancing company training initiatives.
*Lunch and Learns are customized to clients needs and can be created as such, but also include condensed versions of the Leadership Series, Sales Series, and Specialized Topics.
TEAM AND GROUP COACHING
