My father was a United States Marine, Vietnam Veteran, business owner, and just one hell of a guy that had been through and accomplished so much in his life! Therefore, my leadership training started at a young age – Let us just say the words “Improvise”, “Overcome”, and “Adapt”, were part of my vocabulary around the age of 5….Maybe even younger than that. Oorah!
The importance of strong leadership and teamwork (as it was instilled in my Dad in the Corps) was always a big part of how I lead in my life personally and professionally. Being your best self inspires those around you to do the same.
